Census Extracts

Back to Smith Family History

The population of the UK and Ireland was assessed by census every 10 years from 1801, however only the records of those taken between 1841 and 1901 are of value and available to researchers. The following extracts are taken from the censuses of 1871 - 1901 and show the development and movement of the Smith, Murphy and O'Hara households during this period.
